Introducing DIGIware Front Desk


DIGIware Front Desk




DIGICOM is pleased to announce the beta-availability of DIGIware Front Desk for NEC DT750 Touch Screen IP Phones with the NEC Univerge SV8100 integration.



With DIGIware Front Desk, staff can easily access frequently used guest-centric features such as:


1. Wake Up Call Management

2. Do Not Disturb Management

3. Call Estimator

4. Wake Up Call and DND Reports

5. Weather Forecast



With Wake Up Call Managment, front desk staff can schedule up to two wake up calls per day per guest room.




Similarly, the Do Not Disturb Management also allows front desk staff not only to activate DND's but to schedule them as well.




The Call Estimator integrates with Hansen Software's CASH+ Call Accounting System. If a guest wants to know the cost to call a specific number, the front desk staff simply enters the guest room extension, desitnation phone number and the length of the call. The Call Estimator will cost the call including any mark up and surcharges set up in the CASH+ Software.




The Report Module provides the ability to provide instant access to Wake Up Call and Do Not Disturb information.

2. Today's Missed Wake Up Calls

3. Today's DND Set Rooms




Weather Reports*


When a guest wants to find out the weather forecase for a specific city, front desk staff simply enters the ZIP Code and the five day detailed weather forecast will be provided. (*Internet access is required for the DIGIware Front Desk Application Server)
